I am new to the logging in exercise. I do 35 minutes on the eliptical and then I do 45-60 mins of strength training 6 days a week. How do I log in the strength training? I have been putting it under Circuit training general. I have been told that the way the equipment is set up at my gym is like a curciut. Any tip wills be greatly appreciated!!

Welcome, Newbie. The best way to track exercise, and the most accurate way, is to use a heart rate monitor--one that calculates your calories burned based on your weight and heart rate. Polar does this. Garmin does not. Not sure about Timex.
That will give you a true readout of the calories that you have burned for a total workout--you can log it as "Circuit" for 90 min and enter the calories for the session.

I log my weight training as "Weight Training" under cardio.
I know its low based on my intensity but that's a good thing for me.
A lot of gyms are set up so that you can do circuit training but true circuit training is streaming multiple exercises together without rest between.
With this you get a combination of strength training and cardio. Again the key is no rest till you complete the full circuit.0
