Best Site I Have Found

I had been looking for a while for a site to assist with my weight loss tracking, and this is the BEST by far. I haven't lost a lot of weight but i have toned up quite a bit, so happy with that. I have buttoned my target pants can't sit yet but just buttoning them makes me smile.
I have been following the South Beach Plan and treadmill at least 30 min 6 days a week for 2 months or so. It hasn't been to difficult to stick to either and the South Beach plan my family has had to make little adjustments (meaning very min. complaining).
I am looking forward to maybe a summer in a swimsuite without a cover-up......

I agree also!! I LOVE fitness pal! I did weight watchers and My Fitness Pal so much more easier and fun!! And a HUGE plus is it's free!!!0

OMG Tell me about it. I have the body media device with a website (which I paid for as part of the fee I cashed out to Jenny Craig) and it's nearly not as good as this one. I LOVE this website. I can't believe it's free. I actually don't log any of my calories on the bodymedia website, but use my fitness pal and just write in the calories consumed @ end of day into the bodymedia site.0
