Hello everyone, my name is Autumn I'm a 29 year old mother of 3 kids ages 9, 7, and 5. I work full time and also go to school 2 nights a week. All my kids are in sports and music classes. So for me time is hard to find, but I need to find it to get back to being healthy. I started on this site about 2 weeks ago. I'm finding it to be very helpful. My current weight is 193 and my goal is 150 then on to the next goal. I just tried the Jillian Michaels 30 shred for the first time today on my lunch break. I'm hoping this workout helps I love the fact that it is on 20 min long (I can find time for that) I have a cruise in September and hoping to be at no more the 150 pounds. Just hoping to push myself to stay on the right track for myself and my family. Thanks for taking the time to listen to my story!
