Hello,

I'm the newbie! Tried every diet out there and realize I need to stop dieting and change my habits and am hoping this will help me. Have lost 10 lbs by using this site on and off but I need to be more consistent! Really want to lose 5 lbs in 2 weeks...am trying to shoot for smaller goals but still have about 15-20lbs to go before I am not considering over weight according to the BMI thing anymore.

Any tips on how to be sucessful here will be very much apperciated.
