How to start this off. I have been at this weight lose thing for about a month now and have lost 10lb. I find myself giving in something i know its ok to give in every once and a while but i find myself doing it more then i should. i started to think that i should start a journal to record my food intake and have less of and indulge to give in and can see where i am at. what do you do to keep on track. I know mfp have a whole thing for keeping track of your food but i have to write it down to stay in my head.

    I love the app for the smart phones..
    So much easier and I can look at it over and over again.
