how do i log Jillian Michaels 30-day shred?

Those of u that do it or any other program......how do u log those into your exercise?

    I log it as general curcuit training, 24 minutes (as none of the videos are exactly 20 minutes..)

    I have a HRM and I log it under my own personal exercises

    They only real way to log it and have it accurate is if you use a Heart Rate Monitor.

    Everybody's body works different and burns at different rates.
