how do i log Jillian Michaels 30-day shred?

Circuit training.

I log it as general curcuit training, 24 minutes (as none of the videos are exactly 20 minutes..)0

I have a HRM and I log it under my own personal exercises0

They only real way to log it and have it accurate is if you use a Heart Rate Monitor.
Everybody's body works different and burns at different rates.0 -
