Hello! I am new to myfittnesspal. I used to use livestrong.com, their phone app wasn't so good. I really like the weight loss goal bar, and the app for my fittness pal. I am hoping to lose 20 lbs- with a loss rate of 5 lbs a month. I am more focused on being healthy while going to school than anything else. My ultimate goal is to get in shape for myself, and for having children in the next 2 years. So happy its spring! I can finally get out in the garden. ( that kinda counts as exercise right?
