    One other thing I forgot to mention is that if you are shampooing after every workout or blow-drying your hair again, this will also make it much drier.

    It's generally not necessary to do a second shampoo post workout, as rinsing with water will usually suffice. But you may want to throw some conditioner on it again anyway in that post-workout shower.

    If you find yourself doing the post-workout blow dry, you may want to look at one of the heat protectants that you apply to your hair prior to blow-drying.
