I'm not a huge fan of running, I have always loved walking but got bored with it a couple of year ago, started classes at the gym and am happy out at them. However like days like this - a bank hol - I find myself straying into the gym, so today i ran 5 k on the threadmill at a 1% incline in 33 mins I was quite happy with that but as the weather improves I would love to do that outside - this is my problem while I can do it on a threadmilll I can't seem to figure out how to do it outside. I am completely puffed after 100 metres!!! any tips? I just can't seem to pace myself..

I love running outside! Just start out with a pace that seems really slow and you'll pace naturally.0
