Fallen off for almost a week

Egads, don't even look at my food diary for this week.

I don't know what happened but I hit almost 2000 calories every single day. Good thing I had a few exercise days in there as well. Two days of big family dinners that involved going for sushi, and a girls night in which we shared a box of pasta. I cannot make this a habit. I know beating myself up wont help but I've set myself back 2 pounds and now a bloated gut until i can work all of this off. So sad.

I don't know how to keep myself at 1200 calories. I need at least 1400-1500 to make it through the day, and normally I don't even log my exercise. But these 2000 calorie days need to stop.

End of my vent.

    I have been going over most days too. I know I can't keep myself to 1200. I started off at about 1470, did a good job at staying at that mark, lost 10 pounds in about 3 weeks, and have gone downhill since then. I didn't gain back, but I am not losing anymore. I guess the stall made me lose motivation. But I am still exercising at least 3 days a week, and am trying to get back in line.
