I'm usually a fitness/health nut. Just a few years ago I could run 15 miles at the drop of a hat. NOW I'm struggling to get through 2!! School and other life stresses have got me tied down. I downloaded the MFP app on my phone recently and it has already helped me blow out some cobwebs! I'm really excited to get back on track and be more healthy and active. Just wanted to say I'm glad to be here! And I hope you all are finding success so far!
