does anybody know where i can just browse some online or something?
i keep looking at different websites but they want me to register which i then have to pay for (Which i refuse! which is one of the many reasons i love MFP:heart: )
i just wanna look at a few so i can get some good ideas for new foods to try or to put a new spin on some old foods because i'm getting bored with my limited knowledge:sick:

thanks!

Someone here mentioned something about sparkpeople.com. I checked it out, and definately too many bells and whistles for my taste BUT their food diary has preplanned meals and suggestions for different foods plugged in already to meet your calorie needs, so it might be helpful. You do have to register, but it's free.

    thanks,
i found that one just after i posted on here  but that sites navigation:noway: i have no idea where i am atm with it:huh:
i just found the jenny craig site's food meal plan but thats only 1200cal :grumble:
so with a bit of tweaking i might be able to combine both the plans and work it from there:bigsmile:
i just mainly need guidance in my food choices - i know which are healthy and which are not, but its sticking to it thats planning thats my problem, i just usually make it up during the day as i go along if i dont have enough time the day before or that morning to do it, so by the end of the night it can become a problem sometimes

    thanks!:flowerforyou:
