How can I lose these last 5lbs?!?!

Hello everyone, so I have come to this page for help from all of my fellow and successful MFPers. I have lost about 6.5 lbs and only need to lose 5 more lbs. I am currently doing the TurboFire program and stay within my calorie goal through out the week. I have thought about starting to run a few times a week to kick up the metabolism a bit. I don't have much body fat left on me and my stomach is the problem area. These last five pounds are, of course, the hardest to lose and I need any advice or tips out there for what I can do because it seems that the scale is STUCK! Not to mention, I have noticed myself craving foods lately and wanting to eat more throughout the day. Maybe I need to up my calories? If you have any advice for me it would be greatly appreciated!

I am also doing turbo fire, not a real weight loss i am currently on week 15, i eat 1300 calories, need to lose last 7 pounds,and the scale is barely moving , any tips or advice for me, do u think my calories are too low, thanks, in advance0

jmogg... i'd try kicking up some more cardio. i'm big on running because it targets all the spots you never knew it would... even the elliptical or the bike (maybe spin classes), but maybe try incorporating more cardio... what about foodwise? the last 5lbs are the hardest to get off and require some strict, crazy laser beam type focus but you can do it. Just tighten up everything from cardio to the turbofire you're already doing to even your eating regimen. i hope this helps... OR wait, you might have to shock your body with something different that means shifting your calorie goals or changing up the intensity or duration of your workouts. our bodies need the constant shock to change otherwise they get comfortable and the scale stops moving. i hope i helped! i'm in the same place with trying to lose the last 5! let me know if you need anything else!0
