Long term goals are too boring for me. I prefer short term ones, preferably things I can do/reach DAILY! Keeps me motivated I think. I've wanted to do this for awhile, but have had a hard time coming up with ideas. So I figured, why not ask my MFP friends? I'm trying to create maybe a month's worth of daily goals that I can plug into my phone, or write on sticky notes, etc. So that I have something new and challenging to look forward to everyday. It can be related to exercise, nutrition, the scale, mindset, habits....pretty much anything involving our new lifestyle! Hopefully some of you will find this as fun as I do.

I have a thread that I started called "Just for Today". I post a daily goal on there and encourage others to do the same. You may look through it and see what some of us have come up with.

Here is a good one that I do every day. Park in the furthest spot away from your destination and walk.
It works great and does not take a lot of time but still adds up!0
