Hello! I really hopes this helps with my weight loss goals. I used to work out 4-5 days a week. Now, maybe once but I still eat the same, maybe worse. I have only been here for 2 days but can already tell how useful tracking what you eat really is. I hope I can stop making excuses and finally get back on track. I wish everyone luck on their weight loss goals.

    I am with you on the issue of being in shape long ago, working out regularly, and then letting it go. I do not want to be sickly in my golden years, and can still make changes. You can too. Maybe you can be in better shape in the future, than you were in the past!
