    Thanks for sharing...I've heard that doing weight training first was the best, but never looked into "why". :)

    This is precisely what a trainer at my gym told me as well. I alternate my workouts and he realized ... and told me on my cardio days, I'll benefit more if I do some weights, squats, etc. first. Great article :)
