I have been using MFP for a little bit. I have a problem with not filling it out everyday. Mostly cause I am going to have a few drinks and I hate knowing how many calories are in them. I once did an eating plan where I made sure I did not drink and I lost all my weight that I put on. After a year I started drinking again and then had money troubles and had to live off cheap food. Sometimes I had to have my cereal with water cause I could not buy milk. Now I am in a better place and I want to loose about 20 pounds. Hopefully I can do it even though I still plan to drink beer. :)

    Welcome onboard - great community and people here. Lots of support and help to get to your goals and when you struggle, advice to get to the next level.
