I want to start a group of 15 people...I think people get better results in smaller group...this is a 7 week challege that start today---end june 15---goal is at least 15 lbs which is 2 lbs a week which is healthy and reasonable...
u must be willing to check in daily ..i do realise everyone has a life outside of mfp buts that the best part u can check in abt anything not just weigh related ...I would like everyone to make two goals a weight lost goal and a life goal --
PLZ ONLY COUNT YOURSELF IN IF YOUR SERIOUS AND FOCUS..
first 15 people weigh yourself in --measure yourself and introduce yourslf ---operation drop a pant size and better yourself is in full affect---we are measuring our bust --chest--waist---hips---thighs---calves ---forearm.

    Just googled Oxyelite.. Wow let me know how it works! I just chopped up a quater watermelon and containered it for easy snacks, PT session this morning was hectic :/

    Oh wow! Yeah went ok. I started the C25K this morning. Such a bad runner but hopefully by the end of it I will love running. Had an ok eating day but hungry all day again, I think my metabolism is speeding up because I used to live off 2 big meals and be fine at like 11am and 7pm.

    What did you get up to?
