I run every other day and play soccer once a week I have the 6 pack in 6 weeks and I have the 30 day shred but I am finding that my left knee is starting to hurt when I run (after about 15 minutes) I am thinking it is because of the shred (some of my GF's had to stop because it was to hard on there knees). Anyone know of a good video (still around the 20 minute mark) that is not so hard on your knees but a fab workout? :huh:

The shred is hard on the knees, but if you just substitute a cardio move that you find challenging, that will be okay. I look forward to seeing the suggestions.0
