Does anyone know how to log week 1 of C25K?!

The way I logged it was to log in my running time and walking time separately. The amount of time I spent walking would be logged on at 4mph time and the running would be at 6mph time. You do need to know what speed you walk/run at.0

If you have a hrm you can inter your own exercise and name c25k like I and several others do.

Thanks for the help. My aunt is an RN so she may have a hrm I can borrow. If not Ill try logging walking/jogging seperatly. I was up to week 4 on the program before I started work 5 weeks ago. I was feeling AMAZING and not only was I noticing results but so was everyone else. Great feeling.=) Now Im working 6-5, 4 days a week and I have an 8 month old that hardly allows me any downtime LoL. Im looking to come up with a routine and get back to it.!0
