Hmmm, depends on how you define lo cal...my present recipe has 390 cal for a 2in square, but its a thick square.
I make mine with Krab, could probably cut back even further on the cals. I make mine in a 9x9 pan so don't get the cal from frying, and they're still awful good!
MAybe we could put our heads together and come up with something.:explode: :grumble: =
