Hey just started using the my fitness pal a week today and i was looking for some tips for losing weight and keeping it off. Currently lost 6lbs since last Tuesday and i'm pretty proud of myself and starting to gain some confidence.Im really dedicated to losing weight this time around and my fitness pal seems to be a great. sounds to me like I should be asking you for advice way to go on your weight loss! You obviously know what you are doing. Keep it up and don't be hard on yourself if the weight loss slows a little. track even the bad days and remember that we are here to encourage and motivate. Add me if you want.
