so its almost a month doing the whole MFP + Cardio + 30 Day shred..
i lose 2 pounds,
i gain them back,
then i lose the same 2 lbs ...
and then i gain them back...
i know i cant expect to lose all my weight in a month, i didn't gain it all in a month.. at least i don't think so hehe
i know i should just keep pushing forward... not give up....
but i cant help but stare at success stories here and just envy every single one of them,, and feel nothing but pitty for myself... -__-
I tried eating back about 50% of my exercise cals i don't see changes
i don't eat my exercise calories i do see ounces come off... but its not healthy to "not eat back the exercise cals" right ?
i don't even know what the point of this "thread" is..

i never the calories i worked off back. It seems to work for me. Then again, I am way over weight, so I have many pounds to gain. I also dont eat past 3 oclock pm. Perhaps you should try tweeking your regiment a bit?... Hope something works. And by no means am I professional, I just know what works for me... :-}0

I KNOW WHAT THE POINT OF YOUR THREAD WAS IT WAS TO VENT YOUR FRUSTRATIONS AND THAT IS A GOOD THING BECAUSE THIS IS A LONG HARD ROAD TO FOLLOW AND EVERYONE GETS FRUSTERATED EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE JUST KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND IN THE END IT WILL ALL PAY OFF. SO KEEP YOU HEAD UP AN REMEMBER IT MAY BE MUSCLE YOU ARE GAINING AN DLOSING FAT BECAUSE MUCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT!!!0

You should def be eating back most of your exercise calories. I wasn't doing this at first and was experiencing the same thing you're going through now. Once I started eating the exercise calories back, I started shedding the projected weight each week. Don't forget that MFP already has a calorie deficit calculated into your goal calories, so eating the exercise calories back ISN'T putting your over calories in any way.
If you open up your food diary, you might get more suggestions to help you out. It's hard to offer advice when you can't see what you're doing day to day.0
