Dessert for breakfast

I've found that my cravings for chocolate and other sweets always occur in the mornings before lunch. That being said, I base my daily breakfasts around dessert ideas to get the craving out of the way. It really helps me to stay on track for the rest of the day!
Here's a recipe for a delicious breakfast:
ingredients:
1 banana, sliced
6 oz. plain non-fat greek yogurt
2 T peanut butter (crunchy, chocolate, honey, maple, whatever you prefer..)
cinnamon
Directions: Place peanut butter in a bowl in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds to soften. (be careful not to burn it!) Add yogurt and a few good shakes of cinnamon to the bowl and stir. Top with banana slices and a drizzle of honey if you would like.
YUMM

I like it. I did something similar for an after dinner snack today. I'd suggest crumbling some high fibre cereal in there too- adds crunch and fibre!0

Sounds yummy. This morning I had a deep chocolate vitamuffin top with 1/2 banana and 1 Tb peanut butter. Along with 6 oz of 2% milk, it was less than 400 calories.0

I'm like that, too. I don't like savory breakfasts. Don't feed me eggs and bacon for breakfast. I'd rather have pancakes or pastry.0
