NSV -30 minute run

On Feb 1, I started attending a local boot camp and could not make it around the park (.3 miles) without stopping halfway to walk.

Last night I ran 2.4 miles in 29.32 minutes without stopping. I still can't believe it! I am quite a happy camper

The great thing is...just the day before I hit my personal best as well...1.99 miles (thought it was 2 lol)...so two long runs two days in a row. It was only a short short time ago..3 weeks maybe?... that hitting the first mile left me sore for days.
