Mystery solved..weights or cardio first!

This link says that you should do your weights before cardio. I stopped doing weights a little while back and think that I will start up my workouts with weights and see if I notice an improvement. My stupid legs need to lose their fat and tone up already!!! Spring is here which means skirts and shorts and no one wants to see jiggle!

    I found best results with some form of strengthening exercises over cardio. I do Pilates, Yoga, and Balet barre. I save intense cardio (such as step) for only 1 day a week, but go on brisk walks every day at work for about 30 minutes. I also refer to myself as the lazy exerciser since I don't like to work up a sweat. But I still get results.

    Thanks for the information I had it all wrong I was doing cardio then weights I will switch it around from now on
