    Think I'll stick to the caffeine! LOL No stairs to sprint and I drink my water so bring on my Diet Dr. Pepper!

    Perfect timing - I'm just sitting at my desk at work thinking about how much I'd like to take a nap, and really not wanting to get coffee, as I've completely given it up (only really drank it for the flavored creamer anyways). Good suggestions, and funny thing is that I have green tea and an apple here. Thanks!
