Hi I'm new to all this and I would really like to loose some weight and tone for the summer season... I just moved to an area with unlimited access to the beach!!
My problem is that I have a desk job and will start to travel quite a bit which means more sitting! If any one knows any little "desk/sitting exercises" for me to do that would be oh so helpful and much appreciated!
