    I just got the royal chocolate powder mix for a late night snack if I have calories left over.

    My teens like slim fast. They like the powder to use with banana & strawberry's ....a little ice, some milk & put in the freezer for 5 minutes. Makes 2 glasses of a chocolatey fruit shake for a cold snack on a hot day. Yum:tongue:

    The choclate royale mix was delcious! Kept me full until midday. I worked out an hour and then some and then fell hungry. Its a great drink for chocolae lovers!
