so i was wondering if anyone knew any good exercises that actually work to firm and tone or "perk up" the booty. i'm sure every girl wants a nice booty, i mean who wouldn't?! ANY SUGGESTIONS GUYS?

Squats, Zumba, and Spinning are all great workouts for your butt. I've never met an avid spinner or dancer that didn't have a great one! lol0

try looking into some buns and thigh workout dvds.

All of the above plus: bulgarian split squats, step ups, leg bridges, sumo squats. I LOVE my booty. It's my best asset (no pun intended, lol!) :blushing:0

Squats, squats and more squats!! Plie squats, one legged squats, jump squats, etc. google squat variations and do more than just the basic chair squat. They work the muscles differently. Same with lunges, front step lunges, back step lunges and curtsy lunges. Deadlifts and good mornings are awesome as well!0

Oh man I hate squats!! Cant get the hang of the kettlebell moves either.

Thanks...yeah i def dont think i do them right when i do them. i just consciously looked at what i was doing...yup, this helps alot!0 -

squats help (I am doing them right and my knees still crackle and groan) and so does walking, the exercise bike, knee lifts, the elliptical trainer, turbo jam... and of course squats. My butt is my biggest body part and so I focus on exercise to get rid of it, because if I get rid of that I should get rid of my thunder thighs as well. If my middle gets toned and shrinks too that's great because I need to get rid of my gut too!0

single leg squats...just make sure you keep your weight on your heel to keep from hurting your knees. Here are some good workouts for the booty
