I have to toot my own horn here -- bear with me! :blushing:
I just finished the 2-mile "Walk Away the Pounds" workout! That's a HUGE deal because I haven't even *looked* at that DVD (or any other exercise DVD!) for at least five years. Must admit I shed a little tear when the presenter said we'd finished! So proud of me and definitely planning to do the same tomorrow. Then work up to the 3-mile workout!
