Motivation - Video Compilation

I just watched this video compilation of different people doing different feats. It's called 'Everything is Possible - with training'.

Everything that these people do in this video took practice and many tries for them to get it right. They didn't do the first time they worked hard with a lot of mistakes before they got it down right.

Think of that the same w/ what you're doing here on MFP. If you had a bad day, week, weigh-in, or 'what ever' don't let it stop you from trying again or changing the way you're doing it, to get it right. We've all have had are 'stumbles' w/this weigh loss game. Those that succeed get back up and keep going and don't dwell on the fall they took.

    Thanks for posting, very motivational! I still struggle at times too. But the next meal will be better, the next workout will do better. Better choices is what it's all about. I chose not to dwell on past mistakes but learn from them and move on.
