I have always been a grazer and never had a good nutritional diet. I ate what I wanted and seemed to always be just a few pounds heavier than I wanted. Hubby and I are in our late 40's and the pounds are slowly gaining on us. Time to get healthy and put some work into it. I read a good nutrition book lately that said...your body is the way it is because of 10% genetics, 10% exercise, and 80% diet! You really are what you eat. I have been passively trying for 2 years to lose 10lbs...passive won't do it. I am paying more attention to the 80% factor and taking this bull by the horns! I think maybe I will shoot for 12-15lbs and get down to the size I have always wanted to get to!!! I am seeing success with this program. Keep it up!
