Nothing to lose and a lot to gain

Hi All,
Just found this great site and in 1 week I made a number of discoveries:
1- I did not know what I was eating until I started tracking it
2- I realised that it is not that difficult to get fit and lose weight without starving myself. I still eat things I like as long as I balance my diet and exercise.
3- 60 minutes of inline skating burns 1074 calories... WOW!!!! and it's fun

When I started I weighed 90.5 KGs... I am 89.2 KGs already

My goal is to get under 80 KG's over 3 months. Not in a rush
