Goal: Lose 14 in 3-4 Wks then get cut for Vacation!

This website is so cool! I want to shed 14 pounds of fat in about 4 weeks and then hit the weights hard to get cut for August Vacation. I have 4 weeks of cardio and light weight lifting ahead of me while dieting right. Did it once, I'll try it again. Today is day 1!
