    I do the same even though I burn more calories than it gives. We also do hip hop tracks with alot of high intensity choreography. I love the ZUMBA party!!!!!!!!!

    Same, but you can always invest in a heart rate monitor for a more accurate idea of what you burn. That's what I'm saving up for.

    I have a heart rate monitor that I wear. I found when I did the dance, aerobic, modern and what I actually burned using the heart rate monitor were totally different. I actually burn less then what I says under that category.
