Meeting Goals

I set up a goal to be down to 165lbs by August. I'm supposed to lose 2lbs a week, and I keep getting off my path. I try to work out more, but personal situations are getting in the way. How do I stay on track?

    Ditto, remind yourself why you want it, why its worth it, and keep reminding yourself, its not about willpower alone, its about desire, how much do you want the result? is it worth fighting for?

    You have to make it one of your top priorities. Nothing keeps me from completing my morning workout! I was half an hour late to work this morning, so that I could get my workout in. That being said, I have a job where I can come in late and leave late or come in early and leave earlier. I think the biggest part is to really commit to your goal, and plan (almost) everything else around it.
