I joined MFP already down 65 lbs and am at my tail end of my loss journey and getting ready to start maintaining my weight. I'm posting what I've done so far to give me, and others, motivation to keep going! :happy:
Before: 215 lbs-31.7 bmi-1/19/10
After: 150lbs-22.1 bmi- 4/18/11
(I'm 5'9")

    You look great! To post the pic here just copy and paste the IMG code on photobucket then be sure to change the upper case IMG's to lower case imgs.

    Thanks everyone! It's been tough, but it's so worth being able to be healthy and run around with my kids!
