Just joined yesterday....added in my food diary and exercise diary. It always adds in my calories burned to my calories remaining left to eat. Why? It is kind of confusing me....my food diary says I have 800 calories left for dinner, yet after putting in my run this a.m. it says I have 1600 left to go?????? OH, and what is the net? It says I have a net of 278??

The net consumption equals the calorie intake (the Total in food diary) minus the calorie you burned from workout, you can check it out as a chart at the Report section. And the Daily Goal here usually means the upper limit of calorie intake everyday; I set it with my BMR in case I eat too less so it's a matter of personal opinion. While you enter some exercises you have done, the system will automatically add the burned calorie to the Goal, which means you push up today's limit so and the Remaining. Hope this would be helpful0
