Calories fine - fat and sugar way over

Hey everyone

Have been sticking to my 1200 calories (plus eating my exercise calories) for a few weeks and finding it relatively easy to find nice things to eat and not be hungry.

However, my fat and sugar totals are way over what they should be every day and I'm struggling to get them down. Am I totally wasting my time counting calories but still eating so much sugar and fat? I have lost a few pounds so something must be working.

Any suggestions for cutting out fat and sugar, let me know. Obviously my penchant for easter eggs hasn't helped in recent days.... ;)

Hey - I'm the same! Normally under my kcals (or around the 1200 mark) but my fat and sugar is OVER!!! I think i'm eating up to the 1200kcals by having too many treats! x

Watch out for things like cereal and yogurt, these have loads of sugar in them, and I try to limit how much I have of these during the day

I have the same problem, especially with muller yogurts but it's all natural sugar, look how much sugar there is in milk for instance or a tomato. Try not to worry to much about the sugar in natural foods, unless your eating loads of fruit.
I would how Ever get your fat down to what it should be.
