HIPS!!! UGH!!

So, I've lost almost 35 pounds so far, but am struggling with a certain area. I"m losing it everywhere BUT my hips. Does anyone have any good exercises besides walking that target the hip area? I sit all day due to my job, but it seems the more I sit, the more I spread. :( Any tips would be appreciated.

    fat loss can not be selective but muscle toning can be, so for hips, squats, running, walking, dance classes, kettlebell swings. Usually the first place you gained is the last place you lose in my case its hanging on right around my belly button area.

    To be honest it can also depend on your body shape. l have an hour glass so my hips go out and my waist goes in, then my boob/bum stick RIGHT out lol!

    l may be wrong but l heard that if you've had children, your hips widen and stay like that, so that could also be the culprit. Embrace your curves! :)
