Who wants to join me?? I started yesterday...We could make a goal of so many miles a week...Any takers??

    How about meeting in the middle and doing 15 miles per week. That's only 3 miles five days per week. I walk a mile during my morning coffee break and a mile in my afternoon coffee break 5 days per week so that's already 10 miles without trying.

    I'm in. A friend and I are doing 60 miles in a month. I do about 3 a day so count me in!:smile:

    Ok so we start tomorrow, check in on wednesdays..10 miles a wk or more,..up to you but the minimum will be 10....

    I'd love to get in on this! I just had a baby 2 weeks ago and walking is probably the only exercise I can fit in right now! Plus I can add the resistance of the baby in the stroller too! I'll do my best to get a walk in tomorrow!
