Last week was pretty brutal. Was out of town for two days with family and did fairly well. It was the days before Easter that were killer back in town. High stress means that I someimtes rely on my coping skill of food. Got through the weekend and yesterday could not get back on the healthy wagon. Pizza, Pretzels, and missed dinner filled up on high fat and empty carbs. Today, woke up anew and decided get straight. Alarm did not go off and missed my workout. So back at it.

Done well so far today.

The next choice is the most important one to make.
