mindless eating

I have an issue where I mindlessly eat. I will get a bag of goldfish to nibble on during the day and end up eating the whole bag. I would rather eat little snacks and candy all day long than anything else. I am 5'2 and 117 pounds (up 10 from my normal weight). I know it is harder to lose weight the older you get and I will be turning 25 in July. I am trying to incorporate all my food groups on a daily basis and it is going well, but I need help to stop the mindless snacking and eating. Any suggestions on improving will power?
