I will like to get some feed back on food diary, first day I was under intake and find it hard to consume recommended amt daily? Any suggestions? Was thinking of adding some Kashi bars throughout the day but constipation if too many consumed is a problem? Any other ideas.

Also, is anyone running while doing this as a way to lose first before strength training. I have too much to lose so I dont want to do too much strength training. I was thinking run 3x/wk and 2-3x/wk p90 (classic not p90x). Any suggestions from anyone who has had success. I need to drop 60lbs and will like to accomplish by november this year. Does this sound realistic?????:huh:
