New to MFP

I'm here to lose weight and starting living a healthier lifestyle. I have been doing my food and fitness diaries for about a week now. I'm a former athlete that has just let work, stress and laziness get the best of me. It's definitely has been a change to write down what I am eating and trying to plan out my meals but I know it will be worth it in the end. I'm looking for fellow MFPers that will allow us to encourage each other, share milestones with and just be that ear when we need to vent along this journey. I look forward to meeting new and exciting MFPers.:smile:
