I eat 1,300 calories a day & then i also eat my exercise calories. i work out 7 days a week. i do the thirty day shred. i lift weights 2-4 days a week! :] & drink lots of water :]0

Wow that's great. I plan on doing some form of exercise hopefully 7 days a week as well. Trying to work on eating all of my calories including the exercise ones. I'm that person that only eats when I feel hungry, trying to get out of that habit.0
