Forks Over Knives will be featured on Dr. Oz tomorrow! I'm excited about this, because one author of "The China Study" will be there. This book talks about the western diet and how it effects cancer, diabetes, heart disease, and how it compares to other areas of the world. Fantastic information and lots of data in the book. Very interesting book, so I can't wait to see the show. Let me know what you think. I would love to hear from you.
