    I can totally see a difference. Way to go. I am planning on doing ripped in 30 for my next workout dvd. I did 30-day shred, and I had great results.

    Awesome job! You only lost 1" from your stomach? I think you look much smaller than that.

    I agree...it looks like you lost 3-4 inches...way to go , I may have to order this...i need some major help on these damn thighs!
