Starbucks has a spinach, feta and egg breakfast burrito and it's really good but doesn't always keep me full so today I recreated my own and it was so amazing and so much more filling and is loaded with spinach.
1 Flour Life Balance Mission Tortilla (they add vitamins and calcium to this tortilla)
1 cup frozen cut leaf spinach
.25 cup red onion
.25 cup feta
.75 egg whites
garlic salt
cooking spray
Saute spinach, onion and egg, Add feta the last minute to melt. Add garlic salt to taste. Wrap in warm tortilla.
